The College Library is well equipped with a collection of approximately 10897 books comprising of Text Books, Reference Books, General Books, Literary Books and Competitive Books. It is subscribing to leading Newspapers. The library is open all working days during the working hours. Browsing Center Library has also a fully air conditioned and WIFI enabled.
GDC Jammu City Paloura, Mishriwala has a well established Library to serve its user community.
The Library has a collection of 9764 books of different discipline of Science,
Arts, Competitive Exams and Reference Books.
It also receives newspapers and magazines.
Besides, the facility of Book Bank is also available for needy students who can
borrow books on long term basis.
The college Library is constantly monitored using CCTV Cameras ensure
security and discipline inside the Library.
Apart from books, E-resources are also available through N - list programme of
INFLIBNET. Students and faculty members can access E- Journals and E- Books
through N- List.
A Xerox machine is also installed in the library to provide photocopy Facility to
the Students and staff.
1. College Identity -Card issued to the students is mandatory for entry in
the library.
2. Only one book will be issued at a time for a period of 07 days.
3. Complete silence is to be observed in the library reading room.
4. Reference books should be consulted in Library premises only.
5. Students are directed to handle books properly and in no case can be
underlined or disfigured in any form.
6. If the book is lost, the borrower will be required either to replace the
book or pay double the price of book.
7. If a student lost his/her ID card, a fine of Rs 100/- shall be charged.
1. Books are issued to the Faculty members for a period of one month.
2. Books Lost or damaged will be paid or replaced.
3. Reference Books are to be restricted in library premises only.
4. During stock verification, Librarian is empowered to recall books from
the staff.
5. No book will be issued on slips sent through students or peons.

The Scholarship Committee of the College plays a very important role in the implementation of various central/ UT sponsored scholarship schemes. Browsing Centre which is equipped with the latest configured desktops with internet connectivity. The resource center has a printer and photocopy facility.
The College has a computer lab with 39 computers,1 interactive flat panel (IFPD),1 smart board with internet facility. Interactive panels have been installed in 5 classrooms to facilitate technology-based, teaching-learning process. The college has 1 smart classroom which is used not only for teaching but also to organize seminars, conferences, guest lectures etc.
In order to maintain discipline and transparency, CCTV cameras are installed at various places within the college campus. Xeroxing Xerox facility is available to all the students and staff during office hours at subsidized rates in the college library.
